Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate and appointment form: your name, phone number, email address, your car's VIN (optional), a description of the problem, a preferred drop-off date for appointments, and any photos you choose to add.

Please don't upload IDs, insurance cards or photos of people.

How we use it

To answer your request and prepare your estimate or appointment. We may call, text or email you about that request. We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or use them to train AI systems.

Who handles it

This website runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages, protects the site and sends your form to the shop by email. Your request arrives in the shop's Gmail inbox (Google), with your photos attached to that email. We also send you an automatic email to confirm we received it. Photos are not stored anywhere else on the website.

To limit repeated submissions, the website keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address, with a counter. It is deleted after about an hour, at the next form request after that time.

The map on the home page is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your connection address and the page link, and may set its own cookies. Google's own privacy policy applies to that.

Cookies and tracking

This website has no analytics and no advertising cookies of its own. The host may set strictly necessary security cookies to keep the site safe, and Google may set cookies when the map loads. We do not act on Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months if no job follows from your request, then the shop deletes it. If you become a customer, the shop keeps your job records as the law and its business require.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us and we'll take care of it. If we change this policy, the new date appears at the top of this page.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
